Benfotiamine (300 mg)
Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (35 mg)
Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin (2000 mcg)
Dosing: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet twice daily or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI). Store in cool, dry place.
